I see every client as an individual with unique needs. What works for one may not work for another. Many half and full-marathon programs are cookie-cutter programs or designed for the young, fit athlete. My clients range in age from 24-74 years old and represent the average American: overworked, underslept, poorly fueled and over-stressed.
I believe success is found in taking into consideration biopsychosocial factors and how they may affect recovery, which ultimately impacts performance. I prioritize the overall health of my clients to find the highway toward their goals. I achieve this systematically with care and consciousness by prescribing the least amount of training load to achieve your desired results. By customizing your training with a whole health approach, we can decrease injury risk and keep the joy of running for a lifetime alive.
