Virtual Half or Full Marathon Training
Half or full marathon training plans are delivered via an app on your cellular device or accessed online for a 20-week training program. The program is systematically designed to build your aerobic, skeletal, and muscular systems up without breaking you down. Schedules are delivered 2-3 weeks at a time to allow for progression or regression of the plan to accommodate personal needs. Email support is provided throughout the program and all emails will be returned within 36-hours. Programs are designed with evidence based research from graduate school studies as well as information obtained as a REVO2LUTION RUNNING™ certified trainer. $250 non-refundable flat fee or can be paid monthly at $55/mo for 5 months.
