Workouts are provided through an app on your cellular device along with video tutorials of how to properly use the equipment along with reps and sets. Multiple tools for tracking progress; measurements, photos, nutrition, and other exercise are provided.

Half or full marathon training plans are delivered via an app on your cellular device or accessed online for a 20-week training program. The program is systematically designed to build your aerobic, skeletal, and muscular systems up without breaking you down. Schedules are delivered 2-3 weeks at a time to allow for progression or regression of the plan to accommodate personal needs. Email support is provided throughout the program and all emails will be returned within 36-hours. Programs are designed with evidence based research from graduate school studies as well as information obtained as a REVO2LUTION RUNNING™ certified trainer. $250 non-refundable flat fee or can be paid monthly at $55/mo for 5 months.
Based on Squat Assessments from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), this assessment evaluates total body structural alignment, dynamic flexibility, and neuromuscular control and an overall view of length-tension and force-couple relationships, and joint motion abilities. Armed with a Master's Degree in Kinesiology (the study of movement) I can deliver an exercise prescription for your personal needs. This service is available as a virtual service!
Despite popular misconception, a “normal” running gait does not exist. Pronation and supination are normal movements associated with the running and walking gait. Some have structural issues that cannot be changed, but many have poor movement patterns from limited range or motion, strength deficits, and even poor neuromuscular control. By viewing a runner in multiple views from the waist down (not just the feet) on a treadmill while running, many limitations that cause injury and prevent performance enhancement can be identified and a plan toward injury rehab and performance enhancement can be formulated through exercises and gait training. As a RunLab Certified trainer, I have the knowledge to help you be the best runner you can be. Also available as a virtual service!
